Bar Staff (Bartenders and Mixologists)

Job Description:
K4 Workforce is recruiting talented bartenders and mixologists for various venues and events across the UK. As a bar staff member, you will be responsible for crafting drinks, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and efficient bar environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Providing expert advice on drink selections to guests
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area
• Handling cash and card transactions accurately
• Ensuring all bar equipment and stock are maintained
• Complying with health and safety and licensing regulations

Requirements:

• Previous bartending or mixology experience preferred
• Knowledge of different beverages and cocktails
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle busy periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
