Job Description:
K4 Workforce is looking for enthusiastic and professional hospitality staff to work in restaurants, hotels, and events across the UK. As a hospitality staff member, your role will include offering excellent customer service, handling food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a great experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests and providing prompt, friendly service
- Taking orders, serving food and beverages
- Setting up tables and event spaces
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a polite manner
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the venue
- Assisting with special events as required
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in hospitality preferred, but training can be provided
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- A positive and energetic attitude
- Legal right to work in the UK
