Job Description:
K4 Workforce is looking for enthusiastic and professional hospitality staff to work in restaurants, hotels, and events across the UK. As a hospitality staff member, your role will include offering excellent customer service, handling food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a great experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests and providing prompt, friendly service
  • Taking orders, serving food and beverages
  • Setting up tables and event spaces
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a polite manner
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the venue
  • Assisting with special events as required

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in hospitality preferred, but training can be provided
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • A positive and energetic attitude
  • Legal right to work in the UK
